Focus on Health & Safety:
Deploying additional safety supplies (including disinfectant wipes, disposable gloves and more) to our field maintenance services employees, with top priority for high impact areas.
Providing best practices to partners, clients and our field employees on cleaning Toshiba hardware.
Focus on Business Continuity:
Continuously assess our field resource health and availability status.
Activating Maintenance Service business continuity plans, which allow us to be smarter about when, where and how we deploy field maintenance teams to prioritize the most urgent issues.
Establishing work from home, social distancing and hygiene protocols and deploying applicable Toshiba field team members, including call center agents in order to ensure no service request disruption.
